Fair Usage

Premium plan users of the AI engine are limited to a certain amount of character generation per minute and per hour in order to deter automated/robotic behavior and keep the service safe. The exact limit varies by use case. Heavy usage in a short period of time may cause a deterioration in the quality of the output, but this should improve at the end of the monthly cycle. Continuous content generation may make it difficult to find good content in the noise, and output quality may suffer due to external parameters. If users experience problems, they should contact [email protected] . There are no refunds available as per Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for damages arising from the use of ZekAI is limited to intent and gross negligence. In case of damages arising from the breach of the contract, the total compensation that can be claimed is limited to the foreseeable damages. The above-mentioned limitations of liability also do not apply in the event of damage to human life, bodily injury or a person's health. We will not be liable for any compensation due to delay, non-performance or default in all situations that are legally considered force majeure.

Dispute Resolution: The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply in the resolution of any dispute arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement; Çağlayan Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
